Our mentoring program, Senpai-Kohai is named after a Japanese traditional practice of passing knowledge from one individual to another. The Senpai, who has a well of knowledge, is the mentor and the Kohai, who is eager to learn the ropes, is the mentee. We were inspired by this custom which facilitates the transfer of experience, knowledge, as well as the expansion of acquaintances between both parties. It is our hope that all Plug-in mentoring relationships will be beneficial to both parties.
How It Works
Mentor and mentee pairs will meet at least once a month for one on ones throughout the
Plug-in will provide monthly resources to serve as a guide for conversations between mentors and mentees.
Monthly workshops are an opportunity for mentors and mentees to get to know and learn from each other.
